The Company
Izzy lees, founded in 2019, is a baby wear accessory company founded by Sarah and Christine after the still birth of Sarah’s daughter Izzy Lee. In honor of Isabelle, they created high quality blankets, hats, bibs and burp cloths made with soft organic cotton in timeless styles and classic patterns.

Izzy Lees sells through ecomm and some wholesale accounts. They have good in stock levels across a wide range of product & print designs.
The challenge lay in sales, acquiring new customer online, driving traffic to the website and sales conversion. In addition, the product was expensive to purchase, and margins were low, limiting any possible promotional activity, wholesale distribution expansion and investments into marketing.
